Delivery Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at buysuperdeals. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at buysuperdeals@outlook.com.au.
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Free delivery
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- Products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Non-returnable items such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, and downloadable software or media should be clearly stated.
2. Return Timeframe:
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Late returns may be accepted at our discretion but could be subject to a restocking fee.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer support team or access the self-service return portal on our website.
- Customers will need to provide order details, reason for return, and any supporting information or images if necessary.
- Upon approval, customers will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.
5. Refunds:
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) will be refunded only in cases of our error or defective products.
6. Exchanges:
- Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or alternative product of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
- Customers may opt for a store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards future purchases.
- Store credits do not expire and can be used in combination with other promotions or discounts.
8. Exception Handling:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
