Hawkins Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 5 Litres (HSS50)

I have owned and used the aluminium version of this pressure cooker and decided to upgrade to stainless steel. The weight that sits on top to release pressure is too heavy and this results in a more vigorous steam release. I now use the lighter top weight from my old machine and everything works great. I like the simple design that has been around for many decades.
